Sound Capital Resources funds purchase and refinance commercial loans, generally from $100,000 to $15,000,000. Owner-occupied, Single tenant, Non-credit tenants, and Short-term leases are acceptable. SCR can meet your investment portfolio needs with up to 90-day rate locks and hybrid programs of 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 years.SCR will analyze, size, process and fund loans from pre-approval through closing within 60 days in most cases.
